Marelus,
originally
from
Belgium, is a distinguished couture
designer now based in Tel Aviv, Israel.
What began as a personal hobby has
evolved into a global brand specializing
in bridal and evening gowns that grace
runways and events worldwide.
Raised in an Orthodox religious setting,
Chana faced the intricate challenge of
designing gowns that were both
modest and stylish. This foundation
instilled in her a unique design
sensibility that beautifully balances
modesty with modern aesthetics.
While she now designs without the
constraints of traditional modesty,
echoes of her past influence her
contemporary creations. Each gown
masterfully reveals skin in ways that
harmonize with her design philosophy,
celebrating and flattering the female
form, and we were in awe of her
designs on the runway at CIFW in
2025.
